Products * Pixveo receive a lifetime warranty from date of purchase. In case of failure, you simply contact us. After returning your product, each broken part will be repaired or replaced by Pixveo technician team. Where the product is to be changed and no longer exists, it will be replaced by its equivalent. The exchange decision is at the sole discretion of Pixveo. If this product is defective within the warranty period, the dealer will pay for the product under the conditions set out below. The products offered by the store can be reimbursed PIXVEO in a time of 7 days after receiving the package. According to the general condition of the product , it may be exchanged or refunded . Remanufactured Warranty

The standard replacement warranty is valid only if:

  • The product has sustained damage done by use or other third party.
  • Operation problems are due to neglect, misuse, non-compliance with the requirements of the seller.

  • Damage and faults caused by natural wear or by external natural accident.
